ExhiFab provides exhibition stall design, fabrication, installation, and on-site support services. All project work is subject to a separate project agreement or quotation accepted by both parties. The scope, pricing, and deliverables for each project are defined in the accepted quotation.

3. Quotations & Estimates

Quotations provided by ExhiFab are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. The online cost estimator provides indicative planning figures only and does not constitute a binding quotation. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after reviewing your specific requirements, floor plan, and venue guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, and code — is the property of ExhiFab, A Division of ShowMonk Experiences Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

Design concepts and 3D renders created for clients during a project are shared for approval purposes. Ownership of project deliverables is governed by the individual project agreement.
