Pharmexcil India Pavilion

Large India pavilion by Pharmexcil at an international pharma expo with rows of curved co-exhibitor stalls and display cabinets

About the Project

A large-scale India Pavilion delivered for Pharmexcil (Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India). Rows of consistent, curved co-exhibitor stalls under unified 'India' branding create a cohesive national presence — a turnkey exercise in high-volume fabrication and on-ground project management at an overseas expo.

Design Approach

A country pavilion has to make dozens of independent exporters look like one national delegation. Standardising the module, fascia curve and lighting gave every co-exhibitor parity while the repeated 'India' branding built a single recognisable identity down the avenue — a high-volume fabrication and on-site project management exercise delivered overseas.

What We Built

  • Repeating curved-fascia stall module rolled out along both sides of a full pavilion avenue
  • Unified 'India' calligraphic branding with the national flag on every co-exhibitor fascia
  • Pharmexcil and Ministry of Commerce & Industry identity carried consistently across the pavilion
  • Lockable glass display cabinets and literature racks built into each co-exhibitor unit
  • Individually track-lit fascias so every exhibitor reads equally under a shared roof
  • Rose-carpeted central aisle drawing visitors the full depth of the pavilion

ExhiFab handled this project end-to-end — from concept and design through fabrication, graphics, installation and on-site support — delivering a stall that's on-brand, compliant with exhibition guidelines and built to make an impact on the floor.
